November Stuff

I'm in the middle of an arts residency with Forestry SA, collaborating with dancer Billie Cook. Stay tuned for the blog for that project - we don't have internet access in the forest, so I'm quickly posting whilst briefly beyond the forest boundaries :) - I just wanted to say that I have completed the first stage development of the Human Locomotion Project - and that project has a separate blog on this site. It was a very exciting development, and we will be presenting some rough outcomes and a discussion about the process at 'Rough Draft', an event curated and hosted by Australian Dance Theatre - on Friday Nov 25th at 7.30pm.

Things are really busy and exciting with lots of creative projects at the moment. Here's a little summary...

1) Presenting a Rough Draft ths week of the Human Locomotion Project at ADT;

2) The opening next week of the 'Word on The Street' project exhibition, which I worked on with Community Arts Network SA, and artists Steve Noonan and Sany Elvard;

3) The launch of the arts residency at Flinders Medical Centre week after next - 24hours at FMC (working with 4 other artists) - stay tuned for info about that project;

4) the current residency with Forestry SA - Billie and I are flat out developing a quirky movement piece in the forest, and i will link to that blog as soon as I can.

OK, gotta go but will blog a lot more when I have some time, and more consistent internet access :)
